Horizontal Directional Drilling Rod
- Friction Welding Drill Pipe: 50-168mm
- Overall Welding Drill Pipe:56-89mm
product Introduction
Horizontal directional drill pipe is a drilling tool used to transmit the torque and tension of the rig during directional drilling construction. Since it needs to withstand twist, tension, bending, friction and vibration during directional construction, its manufacturing process needs to be very strict. The drill pipe is classified into friction welding drill pipe and overall welding drill pipe.
Features
- 1The raw materials of drill pipe are alloy structural steels produced by Baosteel for geology. After testing, the two pier ends of the pipe are thickened directly without welding. Then the steel pipe with a thick pier is subjected to overall heat treatment, and nickel-phosphorus is added to increase the hardness and tightness of the thread surface. Before the finished drill pipe is painted and packaged, a series of tests are performed, including hardness, metallographic structure, and physical properties.
