HFMC-800 truck-mounted CBM multifunctional drilling rig is a fully hydraulic CBM drilling rig designed according to our factory's 40 years of design, manufacturing and on-site practical experience. In the design of coalbed methane exploration, the characteristics of domestic coalbed methane exploration and the advanced experience of foreign coalbed methane exploration are considered.

1. Full hydraulic drive, automobile chassis design, fast conversion, low operating cost.

2. The drill arm adopts multi-speed chain structure, simple structure, short conveying length, and the drill stroke is designed to be 15m, which is convenient for different processes to operate.

3. HFMC-800 drill bit can be tilted, the maximum inclination angle is 85°, which can easily unscrew the drill pipe.

4. The rotation of HFMC-800 is driven by a low-speed high-torque motor. The maximum torque can reach 20kN·m, and the maximum speed can reach 170r/min.

It is mainly used for coalbed methane exploration, underground oil drilling, oil well rehabilitation and geothermal drilling. It also has certain application value in China's ultra-deep core drilling, engineering repair, mine ventilation hole and drainage pipeline construction.
